The Trout Fishery Prices and Trout Fishing Rules

Trout Fishery Prices:

• GAINSBOROUGH (Kill Only):
  £15 per session PLUS £3 per lb on ALL fish taken.
  If you catch your fish in under 4 hours, then you may continue fish Wyre Dell on a Catch & Release basis for the rest of the day at no extra cost. Any fish taken from Wyre Dell during that session can again be purchased at £3 per lb if required.

Trout Fishing Lesson: £25 per hour (by appointment only)

Trout Fishing Equipment Hire: £7.50 per session

Please Note: The lakes are closely monitored by CCTV. Management and staff also reserve the right to make random security checks from time to time.

Rules:

1. FLY AND FLY FISHING TACKLE ONLY.
2. ALL GAINSBOROUGH Trout MUST BE KILLED - NO CATCH AND RELEASE.
3. Only valid ticket holders are allowed to Trout fish and only one non-fishing guest allowed per Trout Fishermen.
4. All cars must be left in the car parks (cars parked at owners risk).
5. All Trout are to be weighed and recorded at the Shop upon leaving. Once the catch limit has been reached, another ticket MUST be purchased or you can move onto the Wyre Dell for Catch and Release.
6. Fishery staff hold the right to return foul hooked fish.
7. No wading is allowed On the Trout Fishery
8. No damage whatsoever to trees and wildlife.
9. CLOSING TIMES may vary and will be displayed on the notice board. These will be strictly enforced.
10. Always close the gate to the entrance of the Trout Fishery.
